Be-Zing was established during the Covid pandemic to help young people stay motivated, learn new skills and work towards their Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards. Our safe, fun and inclusive courses encourage every young person to be the best they can.
Our Mission
To provide accessible, creative, and life-enhancing educational experiences for all young people.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to inspire and empower young people. We believe every individual has the potential to achieve greatness and make a difference. By nurturing talents and fostering a sense of purpose, we aim to build self-sufficient, environmentally conscious, and balanced individuals.
Our Impact
Through our dynamic online platform and wellness app, we make a positive impact on young minds, with experiences that build self-belief, creativity, and resourcefulness. Our courses equip young people with essential life skills and the confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Our Aims
- To foster self-belief and inspire students to harness their unique ideas
- To guide students to achieve their goals using available resources and upcycling
- To integrate wellness principles to help students achieve a balanced lifestyle
- To create role models who share their journeys to motivate their peers
We believe that inspired young people can inspire the next generation, using business as a force for good and creating a brighter future for all.
Our Founders
Charlotte and Andy Penniceard are parents to 4 teenagers and are fascinated by young minds.
Charlotte – Founder, Co-owner and Director
Charlotte is passionate about self-belief and mindset – and nurturing happy and confident individuals. Her focus is always on young minds and the saboteur who tells them they can’t do it or aren’t good enough.
After a difficult childhood herself, Charlotte saw her daughter also struggle at school. With husband Andy, they used sport and unique out-of-the-box opportunities to grow her self-confidence.
They also helped one of their sons rise above the challenges of dyslexia’ and develop the confidence to succeed, leading to winning a DT scholarship and become a leading rugby player. Charlotte believes his self-belief is his superpower.

Andy – Founder & Co-owner
Andy believes in the power of a positive mindset and teamwork to help young people grow. As the founder of Try Sports and Wolves Touch Rugby, Andy has dedicated himself to giving young people the chance to develop through sport. He’s actively involved with England U18 Girls Touch Rugby, supporting the growth of young athletes.
Andy promotes resilience and confidence, helping young people face challenges both on and off the field. His passion for youth development is at the heart of his contributions to Be-Zing and the wider community.
